Who we are engaged with:
The client set up their India operations in 2013 and decided that they will run a lean operations team and outsource their sales, marketing and customer support to CMO Axis.
- Identifying retailers and small businesses with a need to set up an e-commerce platform.
- Map the decision makers like CEO/ Marketing and Sales Head/ owner etc.
- Create communication and collateral articulating the client's value proposition. Educate and engage the TG with our offerings.
- Run a awareness to conversion program using mix of EDMs, tele calling and field sales.
- Customer support to help them set up their e-stores, promote the same and also offer any third party support like web or design services using the CMO Axis shared services team or the client's vendor ecosystem.
- Period of Engagement: April 2013 onwards.
